Booking
As early as you can for spring and summer weekends. The barrels and the lighting go first, often months ahead. Everything else is usually fine with a few weeks’ notice.
Everything is booked through our online store. Choose your dates, add what you need, and pay online. Your confirmation and invoice come through straight away.
Items are only held once a booking has been paid for. Until then they stay available to everyone else.
Yes, any time, as long as the items are still free for your date. Add them in the store or get in touch and we will sort it.
We do. The Social, The Celebration, The Party Set and The Grand Celebration are built around different guest numbers, and the Glow packages pair barrels and stools with festoon lighting.
Delivery and setup
We deliver across the Perth metro area. Enter your details in the store and delivery is priced automatically for your suburb. If you are outside the metro area, get in touch and we will work it out.
We will give you a delivery window ahead of the day. Someone over 18 needs to be there to receive the delivery and again at collection.
Delivery includes dropping everything to the spot you have chosen. Tell us about stairs, a steep driveway, soft sand or a long carry when you book, so we can plan for it.
Smaller items can be collected by arrangement. Wine barrels and the larger pieces are delivery only, since they need the right vehicle and two people to move safely.
On the day
Most of the range handles a bit of weather, though anything electrical needs to stay dry and lightweight pieces need securing in strong wind. Talk to us early if the forecast is looking rough and we will help you sort out a plan.
Normal wear and tear is expected and never charged. Damage beyond that, or items that do not come back, are charged at the cost of repair or replacement.
Standard hire is 24 hours, and a weekend is treated as one hire period. Longer hires are available, so add the extra days when you book.
Only a bit of care. Once they are in position they stay put, and they are not to be drilled into, painted, stickered or used as a fire pit. Candles are fine as long as they are enclosed.
